SHIPPING INFORMATION
What shipping options are available?
USA Orders
We provide complimentary shipping via USPS on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is available upon checkout for an additional fee.
Due to security reasons, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or PO Boxes.
Domestic orders placed on Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day and orders placed anytime on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will be processed on the next business day. A business day is considered Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Please note that some pieces are made to order, requiring a longer shipping timeframe. We will maintain active communication of your order status via email.
International Orders
We provide international shipping via USPS to all countries except for those listed below. Upon checkout, you will be able to enter your international mailing address and select the shipping option most convenient for you.
Please note shipping rates do not include custom fees, duties and or tariffs. It is your responsibility to pay any imposed fees by your country/ destination.
Countries We Do Not Ship To: Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan and Darfur, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine/ Russia, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I make a return or exchange?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow the instructions below to return or exchange your purchased item(s).
USA Orders
We will gladly accept items for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you received your order. To begin a return or exchange, please submit your request here. A complimentary shipping return label with further instructions will be emailed to you once the request is approved.
Returns and exchanges must be unaltered, unworn, in saleable condition, include the original packaging and tags and accompanied by an original or gift receipt (NO EXCEPTIONS). Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check.
Please note that Limited-Edition, Made to Order and or Collectible items may not be returned nor exchanged.
International Orders
We cannot accept returns nor exchanges on any orders shipped to addresses outside of the USA. All purchases shipped outside of the USA are Final Sale.
What happens if I return my purchased item(s) after the cut-off date?
If more than 15 days have passed since your order arrived and you have not contacted Customer Care for a Return Authorization, then we cannot accept the return. If you requested a Return Authorization and we have approved the request, you have 7 days to get the item(s) to our studio. We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return after the expiration dates have passed.
Do I need to register an account to place an order?
No. However, we encourage registering for faster checkout and to receive the latest updates. Click here to create your YR account.
Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?
Each piece you order will arrive in an exclusive YOHAN RODRIGANI box and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and product care kit.
Are all YOHAN RODRIGANI creations available online?
Yes, except for limited-edition pieces that once sold out will not be available.
Does YOHAN RODRIGANI offer bespoke / personalized services?
Yes. One of the founders most cherished moments are those when he can design and craft a one-of-a-kind piece that meets the desire of his collector. However, due to the increasing demand for bespoke orders, YOHAN RODRIGANI reserves the right to limit the number of bespoke orders per year.
